🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in engineering/technical role
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, or Swift
- Comfortable developing for iOS (Swift/UIKit/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin/XML/Jetpack Compose)
- Fluent in English with strong written communication
- Strong time management and self-motivation
- Bonus: WebRTC experience
