Partner with internal teams to drive integration success; lead customer meetings.
Become a technical expert in logistics; learn EDI standards, Boomi, and APIs.
Improve processes and educate users on best practices; meet SLAs.
Create and maintain dashboards to monitor integration health.
Diagnose production issues and share insights for improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 5-7 years experience.
Experience with data analytics, data manipulation, and API/EDI integrations.
Experience using Postman, SQL clients, Looker; AWS (EC2, S3, SQS).
Triage and resolve production integration issues; strong stakeholder communication.
Prioritize SLAs and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with EDI ANSI X12 and EDIFACT; Boomi/WebMethods/Tibco a plus.

Salary range: $74,000–$93,000 USD (base; excludes bonus/equity/benefits)
