🎯 Requirements

- A&P certification
- IA certification (Inspection Authorized)
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in related field
- Ability to read controlled docs (cable harnesses, wiring diagrams, GD&T)
- Hands-on installation on aircraft and harness fabrication
