  • Install and repair Starlink Aviation products per FAA, Warp guidelines
  • Collect and report test data for vibration, thermal, RF and related tests
  • Create and document test processes using Test Plan, TestX and Warp features
  • Design, procure and perform mechanical/electrical assembly and CI test systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues in real time and prevent repeat failures
  • Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications

🎯 Requirements

  • Aircraft/aviation hardware experience
  • A&P certification
  • IA certification (Inspection Authorized)
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in related field
  • Ability to read controlled docs (cable harnesses, wiring diagrams, GD&T)
  • Hands-on installation on aircraft and harness fabrication
