Install and repair Starlink Aviation products under FAA, Warp and guidelines
Operate, collect and report test data for vibration, shock, thermal, RF, load
Create and document test processes using Test Plan, TestX and Warp
Design, procure and perform mechanical and electrical assembly and CI test systems
Drive troubleshooting of hardware issues in real-time and provide feedback
Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
2 years in electrical or mechanical test/integration env OR bachelor in STEM
Experience on aircraft or aviation hardware
A&P certification
IA (Inspection Authorized) certification
Hands-on installation on aircraft
