Integration Solutions Architect, Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions with customer finance and accounting teams.
• Define field mappings and integration logic with accounting platforms.
• Set config standards for GL accounts, entities, classes, and tax rules.
• Configure and validate integrations with Implementation teams and customers.
• Build and run tests for AP, AR, POs, and related workflows.
• Reconcile data and ensure end-to-end accuracy before go-live.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting/financial operations with ERP exposure.
• 2+ years integrating SaaS/ERP systems.
• Controller-level accounting background.
• Deep understanding of AP, AR, POs, entities/locations, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on with QBO, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Viewpoint Vista, Spectrum.
• Experience owning integrations between ops and financial platforms (iPaaS/connectors).
• APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools like Workato, Boomi, Celigo, Mulesoft.
• Excellent communication bridging accounting, operations, and technical stakeholders.
