Integration Engineer (Super Heavy Booster)

📋 Description

• Operate as a systems-level engineer to collect production requirements
• Plan, build, integrate, and validate flight hardware to those requirements
• Design and implement tooling to eliminate assembly errors and improve quality
• Automate novel processes to ensure repeatability on a large-scale production line
• Prove a subsystem work center meets cycle time targets or own the design change
• Serve as SME for vehicle-level systems (aero control surfaces, propellant, actuation, avionics, etc.)
• Generate and maintain design-for-manufacturing requirements for Starship and Super Heavy Booster builds

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years of hands-on engineering experience (design teams and internships qualify)
• Master's degree in an engineering discipline (preferred)
• 1+ year of system-level acceptance test exposure
• 2+ years of aerospace/mechanical engineering experience
• ITAR: US citizen or national, green card holder, refugee/asylee, or eligible for authorization
