Lead deployment of custom integration solutions for the customer's environment.
Use MuleSoft, Workato, and Zapier to set up and test integrations.
Act as the primary technical contact during implementation with customers.
Identify and resolve configuration issues to ensure reliable integrations and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align solutions with business needs.
Build relationships with senior IT staff to demonstrate Motive's platform value.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years deploying and configuring enterprise integrations (Mulesoft a plus; coding not required).
Certifications for Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, or Boomi preferred.
Understanding of OAuth, SAML, and SSO.
Strong ability to build client relationships and explain technical concepts clearly via phone and email.
Experience in Agile SCRUM environment for prioritization and deadlines.
