Integration Engineer - Avionics

📋 Description

• Provide design feedback for manufacturability, assembly, and test.
• Establish and maintain build roadmaps for owned assemblies.
• Develop build CONOPS, work instructions, and standard processes.
• Support first article builds in fast-paced early development.
• Own design, process, and CapEx trades to enable scalable manufacturing.
• Drive make-vs-buy decisions; collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on hardware in manufacturing or integration.
• Familiar with aerospace assembly best practices.
• Experience writing build and test procedures for technicians.
• Exposure to electrical harness design and mechanical routing in 3D CAD.
• Proficient in CAD, basic design/test analysis, and first-principles calculations.
