  • Proven ability to build end-to-end journeys and campaigns to drive leads.
  • Foundational knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs for executive reporting.
  • Advanced analytics experience with complex data sets; GA and Salesforce preferred.
  • Accountable and goal-oriented, with strong ownership of results.
  • Excellent communicator who can align stakeholders and drive clarity.
  • Highly organized; manage multiple campaigns, partners, and timelines.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, agile, high-growth env; develop new processes.
