- Expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning, and eLearning tools (e.g., Evolve, Intellum, Caveon, Asana).
- Experience designing assessments and certification criteria; managing vendor relationships.
- Strong PM skills; able to prioritize, pivot, and deliver in a fast-paced global setting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
