  • Lead end-to-end design of learning and certification programs for advertisers/agencies.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of instructional designers and PMs.
  • Launch certification programs: exams, vendor mgmt, and global rollout.
  • Partner with product, sales, engineering, and marketing to align training with needs.
  • Use data and learner feedback to continuously improve programs.
  • Leverage AI, gamification, and xAPI to enhance training programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in instructional design/learning & development or certification mgmt; 2+ years in people mgmt.
  • Experience launching external eLearning and certification programs in ad tech or marketing environments.
  • Expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning, and eLearning tools (e.g., Evolve, Intellum, Caveon, Asana).
  • Experience designing assessments and certification criteria; managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong PM skills; able to prioritize, pivot, and deliver in a fast-paced global setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
