📋 Description

• Educate patients and caregivers on application and enrollment.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure timely documentation.
• Be the first point of contact for prospective clients.
• Deliver one-call resolution with care and compassion.
• Meet monthly starts of care and enrollment targets.
• Work in a hybrid schedule: 4 days remote, 1 day in Springfield, MO.

• Experience in high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Motivated to exceed open case targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Computer proficiency and strong typing.
