Develop relationships with insurance companies/payors to verify benefits and eligibility.
Enter and update patient demographics, guarantor, and insurance information in company systems.
Respond to inquiries from insurance companies and internal team members.
Work collaboratively with the RCM, finance, accounting, admissions, and utilization management departments.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and business information.
Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years healthcare exp in billing, verification, or utilization mgmt.
Knowledge/experience with EMR and billing software.
Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
HIPAA privacy familiarity; protect confidential info.
Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures.
Strong attention to detail.
