🎯 Requirements
- At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in fast-paced sales.
- Active P&C license in your state of residence.
- Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with goal orientation.
- Bonus: Licensed in California; Surplus Lines License.
