Insurance Sales Representative, Brokerage (Base Salary + Monthly Incentives)

• Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and text to assess needs.
• Clearly communicate policy features from multiple carriers.
• Work with qualified leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects to move them through the funnel.
• Collaborate with underwriters and customer service teams.
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and sales.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of insurance sales experience
• Experience selling with multiple carriers across states
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CRM platforms and sales tools experience
• Call center experience (brokerage preferred)

🎁 Benefits

• OTE starting at $70,000 with uncapped commissions
• Base salary $45,000
• Uncapped monthly commissions from day one
