• Connect with customers via inbound inquiries (phone, email, text) to assess needs and propose insurance solutions
• Meet/exceed sales targets by building relationships and using consultative techniques
• Communicate Kin's insurance value and address questions confidently
• Leverage qualified leads and follow up to move customers through the sales funnel to close
• Partner with underwriters and customer service to ensure smooth experience from inquiry to policy issuance
• Simplify complex insurance concepts and guide customers toward appropriate coverage

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Active P&C license in your current state
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
• Ability to build trust quickly through clear, confident communication
• Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset
