📋 Description

• Connect with customers via inbound calls, email, and text to assess needs.
• Meet/exceed sales targets by building relationships and consultative selling.
• Communicate Kin’s value and guide customers through the sales process to close.
• Leverage qualified leads and follow up to move prospects toward binding.
• Collaborate with underwriters and service teams for smooth policy issuance.
• Simplify insurance concepts and guide coverage to protect assets.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Active P&C license in your current state.
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software.
• Ability to build trust quickly through clear, confident communication.
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
