🎯 Requirements
- At least 6 months of P&C insurance sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Active P&C license in your state of residence.
- Proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets.
- Strong trust-building via clear, confident communication.
- Proficient with CRM systems and telephone software; multitask across platforms.
- Shifts Mon–Fri (9–6 or 11–8 CST) with rotating Saturdays and 8+ weeks training.
