📋 Description

  • Connect inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to tailor insurance solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with a consultative approach.
  • Explain Kin's insurance benefits clearly and address questions confidently.
  • Leverage qualified leads and follow up to move customers through the sales funnel to close.
  • Partner with underwriters and customer service to ensure smooth policy issuance.
  • Simplify complex insurance concepts and guide buyers to the right coverage.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 6 months of P&C insurance sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active P&C license in your state of residence.
  • Proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets.
  • Strong trust-building via clear, confident communication.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and telephone software; multitask across platforms.
  • Shifts Mon–Fri (9–6 or 11–8 CST) with rotating Saturdays and 8+ weeks training.
