Insurance Sales Representative (11am-8pm CST Shift)

📋 Description

• Connect with potential customers via inbound inquiries to assess needs
• Close sales using consultative approach and proven techniques
• Communicate the value of Kin’s insurance products clearly
• Follow up on qualified leads to move customers to close
• Collaborate with underwriters and customer service for smooth issuance
• Explain insurance concepts to help customers select coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months P&C insurance sales experience
• Active P&C license in your state of residence
• Proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets
• Strong communication that builds trust quickly
• CRM systems and telephone software proficiency
• Ability to meet performance metrics and training requirements
• We’ll also consider candidates with prior insurance sales or other industries
