🎯 Requirements

3+ years in property and casualty insurance compliance; surplus lines preferred.
Comfort navigating state regulations and licensing processes.
Highly detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent teamwork and ability to explain concepts clearly.
Proactive and collaborative; know when to loop others in.
Willing to work hybrid in Austin or remote after training.
