π Description
- Assist clients with initiating auto insurance claims and guide initial reporting.
- Follow up with insurers to check claim status and troubleshoot blockers.
- Gather and review documentation (accident reports, policy details, etc.).
- Verify claims accuracy and completeness per company and industry standards.
- Serve as primary contact for clients, insurers, and third parties; keep all informed.
- Work with insurers to process claims efficiently, following up on issues.
- Provide exceptional customer support; address questions for a seamless experience.
- Maintain detailed claims records and correspondence.
- Assist in resolving claims issues, including disputes, estimates, settlements.
- Identify opportunities to improve the claims process through feedback.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1+ years in the insurance industry preferred.
- Previous auto insurance claims experience preferred.
- English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to a positive experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Adherence to ethical and professional standards in insurance.
