🎯 Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Proven P&C insurance sales experience (personal lines)
- Strong understanding of homeowners and/or auto insurance, underwriting considerations, and coverage structures
- Experience working with multiple carriers and varying underwriting appetites
- Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and professionally
- Comfortable operating in a digital-first, metrics-driven, high-volume environment
