  • Onboard, enable, and certify channel partners
  • Lead partner onboarding to ensure technical readiness with Instructure Platform
  • Run enablement programs: certification, demos, and integration workshops

  • Support joint pre-sales engagements across MEA
  • Translate customer requirements into complete solution architectures across Canvas products

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages a plus
  • 5+ years in Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales in SaaS
  • Strong knowledge of education tech, learning design, or SIS
  • Experience enabling channel partners across multiple countries/markets
  • Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs in government or large education sectors
  • Familiar with cloud platforms, APIs, SSO, data security, and integrations
