The Sr. Manager of Web Marketing is responsible for managing the most-visited education website in the world, www.instructure.com. You will help lead a global team of developers and designers, working cross functionally to lead web development, conversion rate optimization, and website analytics to make every user experience the best in the industry. You’ll work closely with an international team of marketers, ensuring that the site performs that peak efficiency and promotes the Instructure brand to users across the globe. You will report to the VP of Digital, and help lead personalization, AB testing, and site analytics.

Responsibilities:
Own web development, managing sprints and leading a team of Drupal developers and UX/UI designers
Orchestrate a global team in Asana, managing workloads, workflows, and sprints
Lead website analytics, including analysis, insight generation, and reporting to stakeholders
Help evaluate and implement new website technologies to drive website performance forward
Collaborate with content, creative, and demand gen teams to produce and update website pages and experiences
Identify opportunities for optimization through personalization, AB testing, user experience improvements What you need to know/have:
5+ years of PHP development experience
3+ years of experience working with open-source enterprise content management platforms (Drupal, Joomla, etc.)
3+ years experience managing a team of developers and designers
Strong knowledge in both front- and back-end, including component and theme development
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, MYSQL, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and other analytics tools
Strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities effectively
An open and effective communicator across multiple levels of an organization—and the ability prioritize and set expectations as needed
Experience working across multiple levels, teams, and geographies in fast-paced and deadline-driven situations Nice to haves:
Strong ability to effectively and professionally communicate across various levels of the organization (written and verbal) including engineering resources, features teams, creative designers, ecommerce counterparts, and senior management
Experience in leading high-performing web development teams, with a track record of delivery and quality
Hands-on experience with tools for project management (Asana), no-code (Zapier), ABM (6sense), CRO & personalization (Intellimize)
In-depth knowledge of web marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools, such as Marketo or Salesforce and how they interact with web systems
Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through website marketing Extra credit if you have these traits:
