We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our Enterprise Systems team! This position will assist in the continual management, audit and optimization of the company’s processes and data to inform actionable insights.
What you will do:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between contract, subscription, product instance and renewals data and related processes
Monitor reports and dashboards for flagged data exceptions and investigate the source of the exception
Collaborate with internal data owners to correct flagged data exceptions and reinforce or improve process as needed
Implement and iterate on success and quality assurance criteria to reference when measuring completeness of goals and ongoing accuracy of data
Manage ongoing and sustainable operational processes that identify key responsibilities across departments and the specific procedures to be followed by each individual with ownership
Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary
Identify and resolve operational issues and risk, optimize workflows and processes
Document and enable on process changes as they evolve
Bring enthusiasm and knowledge for data and data-related technologies to assist in providing cutting-edge analytical solutions to the business
Help implement and define data “best practices” across the organization What you will need to know/have:
5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, renewals, deal desk or similar
Experience working, creating reports, and monitoring dashboards within Salesforce
Experience interacting across sales, customer experience, renewals, business analytics, technology teams and operations
Experience developing ongoing business processes to solve for complex, cross-functional challenges
Experience gathering requirements for, designing and implementing data projects
Experience making well-informed decisions in complex scenarios
Working knowledge and understanding of the business including finance, sales and renewals
Working knowledge of data science concepts including statistics, data mining, and predictive analytics is preferred
