📋 Description

• Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
• Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community.
• Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, mentoring the TA on grading and student engagement practices.
• Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit mid-end-quarter evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in your subject area.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
• Digital fluency and ability to effectively incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online education.
