🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in TESOL, multilingual education, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in instructional design and curriculum for multilingual learners on a tech product.
- Deep understanding of WIDA and state ELD standards (CA, TX, AZ).
- Google Workspace proficiency; experience with digital authoring tools.
- Project management: balance priorities and manage multiple streams; strong communication.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
