📋 Description

• Partner with SMEs to design engaging content for various audiences and delivery modes.
• Maintain and revise existing learning products based on end user performance and feedback.
• Serve as project manager on multiple product development projects with timelines.
• Manage learner needs, permissions, and skill certifications in internal platforms.
• Lead curriculum management in LMS across cross-functional teams.
• Measure training impact to improve proficiency and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years designing and developing training curricula.
• 2+ years managing and utilizing LMS and skill tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in learning theory or 5+ years of ID experience.
• Proficient in LMS and partner portals.
• Proficient with Storyline, iSpring, Camtasia, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator.
