π― Requirements
- 2+ years in Instructional Design or Learning & Development, healthcare preferred.
- Expert in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
- WorkRamp experience is a plus.
- Proven experience building competency-based programs.
- Availability to work Thursday and Friday as part of a 5-day week.
- Strong communication for weekly 1:1s and team syncs.
