🎯 Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer.
- Strong portfolio showing interactive eLearning, ILT/VILT, or product training design.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills with a global learner mindset.
- Proficiency in eLearning tools: Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, Adobe Suite, Vyond.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Docebo, Moodle) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, accessibility standards, and adult learning theory.
