🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media.
Proven experience in e-learning design and digital learning development.
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, and LMS.
Knowledge of gamification, course structure, didactic design, UX/UI.
Understanding of ADDIE and SAM models and adult learning principles.
Experience designing interactive modules with video, graphics, animations.
