Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Conduct needs, gap, and audience analyses to guide design decisions.
• Define learning objectives, performance goals, and assessments.
• Develop course content, modules, and assets (slides, videos, job aids).
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather, validate, and refine content.
• Select or configure learning tech (LMS, authoring tools, LCMS).
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in instructional design, e-learning development, or training.
• Translate complex subject matter into clear instructional content.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
