🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or related field.
- 3+ years in instructional design, e-learning, and instructor-led training.
- Strong knowledge of ID principles, adult learning theory, evaluation, and instructional technology tools.
- Experience with LMS and CMS.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Reach.
- Experience with Vyond or similar video software preferred.
