Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop training content for Motive product launches.
• Own end-to-end course creation: intake, objectives, storyboard, build, review.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Product, Engineering, Support, and Implementation.
• Build interactive e-learning modules using Storyline, Rise, and Captivate.
• Configure LMS content and ensure correct structure and audience.
• Create assets like slides, guides, knowledge checks, and assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or educational technology.
• Hands-on LMS and authoring tools experience, including Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
• Proven track record designing and developing learning solutions, such as self-paced eLearning and ILT/VILT.
• Experience working with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and define outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
