Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design learning solutions across modalities (e-learning, ILT, virtual, microlearning)
• Create courses, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments
• Apply adult learning principles to drive on-the-job performance
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify needs and align goals
• Conduct needs analyses to diagnose gaps and recommend interventions
• Translate complex processes into clear, learner-centered content

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in instructional design or related role
• Experience designing virtual and instructor-led training
• Experience developing e-learning, multimedia content, curricula
• Familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms
• Authoring tools: Rise/Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of SCORM/xAPI and learning analytics
