Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop instructional materials (eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning).
• Conduct needs assessments with SMEs to identify performance gaps.
• Apply learning science and accessible design (WCAG) for diverse learners.
• Test content for cross-platform compatibility and SCORM/xAPI compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness with assessments and metrics.
• Improve design processes using learner feedback and data.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as an instructional designer in a business context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration across time zones and cultures.
• English fluency; Korean/Japanese/Chinese a plus.
