• Build and update eLearning courses with Articulate Rise.
• Maintain training content for accuracy and quality.
• Partner with SMEs to gather information and organize content.
• Support the LMS admin with uploading, testing, and publishing.
• Apply instructional design principles to engage learners.
• Manage project timelines and communicate progress with stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive with follow-through.
• Eager to learn Snag-It, Camtasia, Scribe.
• Able to collaborate across teams and adapt to priorities.
• Foundational understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Internship or project experience in instructional design or eLearning.
