🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-facing role in financial services.
- Comfortable with market makers, trading firms, and institutional investors.
- Highly organized and responsive; trusted to follow through.
- Eager to own relationships and grow—from support to running your own book.
- Strong communicator; clear and direct in writing and in person.
- Familiar with trading, market structure, or financial products.
