Language: Native or professional fluency in Korean and English.
Experience: 1–3 years in Institutional Sales, BD, or Trading.
Knowledge: OTC trading, market-making mechanics, digital asset ecosystem.
Mindset: Hunter mentality with resilience in fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Communication: Distill complex blockchain services for institutional stakeholders.
