Guide clients through change management during telematics deployment.
Support sales processes and operations alignment with business goals.
Own handoff to Implementation teams, including documentation and context.
Monitor sales initiatives and provide actionable improvements.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in Professional Services or SaaS, with emphasis on customer engagement.
Technical acumen to understand solutions and present complex concepts clearly.
Customer-focused with ability to guide clients through change management.
Excellent verbal and written communication to influence stakeholders.
Experience in trucking/logistics is a plus.
