About the Role -We’re seeking a dynamic and resourceful operational leader who thrives on turning ideas into action. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and running key processes that drive our success, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution. This is a hands-on, single-player role, so versatility and a “no task is too small” mindset are essential. As the backbone of our most ambitious consumer campaigns, you’ll work closely with the marketing leadership team to navigate challenges, define strategies, and ensure critical milestones are met with precision. You’re adaptable, pragmatic, solution-driven, and unafraid to dive into both the big picture and the finer details with equal enthusiasm.
About the Team - You will be a critical part of the Consumer Marketing team at Instacart, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. The Consumer Marketing team is responsible for building a beloved brand, introducing new product features & delivering short & long term business growth.
