- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting; experience hiring software/ GTM in enterprise SaaS.
- Startup DNA: experience at venture-backed enterprise SaaS; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Sourcing prowess: strong track record in sourcing, market mapping, high-velocity recruiting.
- Communication: storytelling and clear explanation of complex tech/business concepts.
- Execution-oriented: highly organized; able to prioritize with aggressive hiring goals.
- Relationship builder: collaborative with managers and candidates; able to push back when needed.
🎁 Benefits
- Pay Range: $78 - $85 per hour.
- Engagement: 6-month contract with potential to extend.
- Schedule: 40 hours/week max.
