  • Own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
  • Proactively break into net-new logos in assigned territory and articulate the Instabase value.
  • Generate qualified pipeline in net-new accounts and grow pipeline in existing accounts.
  • Build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders; overcome objections.
  • Define value and specific business outcomes Instabase will deliver for each account.
  • Collaborate with internal resources, partners, team members, and manager to succeed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Enterprise B2B closing experience (FS&I accounts preferred).
  • Excellent in pipeline generation; meticulous in planning and preparation.
  • Driven to win; motivated to hit and exceed quota attainment YoY.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influence across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Navigate an enterprise and develop key contacts across departments and leadership levels.
  • Data-driven account planning; proactively identify opportunities from business discussions.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary $150,000 to $157,000 plus commission and equity; US benefits.
