Manage cross-functional teams across government agencies and ensure effective communication.
Define scope, objectives, success metrics; develop plans and monitor milestones.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks; create contingency plans.
Ensure compliance with federal and state IT governance, security policies, and data standards.
Implement Agile/hybrid practices with regular status reporting and change control.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years in IT project management; at least 3 years in senior/lead role.
Track record delivering complex public sector/enterprise IT projects.
Strong SDLC knowledge and PMP/AGile/Scrum experience.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Vendor management and government procurement experience.
