Define API and integration standards for GIS, DMS, and payments.

🎯 Requirements

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (MS preferred).
10+ years in software development/architecture; 5+ years as architect.
Experience designing enterprise-scale systems; govt/regulatory preferred.
EA principles; RESTful APIs, message queues, ETL.
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including cloud-native apps and services.
IAM, authentication protocols, and data encryption for sensitive data.
