- Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers.
- Lead service quality, customer service, friendliness, and store cleanliness through the team.
- Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality, customer service, and sales.
- Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
- Create and execute fun, local marketing drops.
- Create and drive in-store recognition programs and contests.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail.
- Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
- Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality for day-to-day management.
- Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Tech savvy with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and ATS experience.
- Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
