  • Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers.
  • Lead service quality, customer service, friendliness, and store cleanliness through the team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality, customer service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute fun, local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs and contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality for day-to-day management.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Tech savvy with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
