- Act as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when GM is not present.
- Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members on sales and deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential hires (Cookie Crew, Leaders, Drivers).
- Support ordering, inventory and scheduling for the store.
- Enforce standards on baking, uniforms and policies.
π― Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
- POS (Point of Sale) systems experience.
- Ability to use MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
- Available to work a 4-5 day week with 1-2 later shifts Thu-Sun.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
