Store Manager in Training (MIT)

📋 Description

• Act as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when GM is not present.
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members on sales and deliveries.
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential hires (Cookie Crew, Leaders, Drivers).
• Support ordering, inventory and scheduling for the store.
• Enforce standards on baking, uniforms and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store.
• Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
• POS (Point of Sale) systems experience.
• Ability to use MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
• Available to work a 4-5 day week with 1-2 later shifts Thu-Sun.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
