📋 Description

  • Serve as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when GM is absent.
  • Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members in sales/deliveries.
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential hires in the manager's absence.
  • Support Store Ops with ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Uphold standards: baking, uniforms, policies; drive upsell.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant/retail.
  • Prior in-person interview experience for hourly staff.
  • POS systems experience.
  • MS Office and Applicant Tracking System familiarity.
  • Available 4-5 day work week with 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
