- Serve as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when GM is absent.
- Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members in sales/deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.

- Support Store Ops with ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
- Uphold standards: baking, uniforms, policies; drive upsell.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant/retail.
- Prior in-person interview experience for hourly staff.
- POS systems experience.
- MS Office and Applicant Tracking System familiarity.
- Available 4-5 day work week with 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
