Perform as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when GM is not present.
Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members in cookie sales, deliveries, and upsell.
Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
Conduct initial interviews for new hires when the manager is absent.
Support ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
Hold staff to standards: baking, uniform and policies.

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail.
Experience conducting in-person interviews for hourly staff.
POS system experience.
MS Office, Word and Applicant Tracking System proficiency.
Able to work 4-5 days with Thu-Sun shifts.
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
