📋 Description

  • Act as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when GM is absent.
  • Supervise and coach 2-5 team members on sales, deliveries, and standards.
  • Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
  • Conduct initial interviews for hourly hires when needed.
  • Assist with ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Upsell and provide excellent customer service.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year supervisory experience in retail or restaurant.
  • Experience interviewing hourly staff.
  • POS system experience.
  • MS Office and Applicant Tracking System familiarity.
  • Able to work 4-5 days with 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
