📋 Description

  • Act as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when Store Ops Manager isn't present.
  • Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members on sales and deliveries.
  • Lead onboarding and initial training of new hourly staff.
  • Conduct initial interviews for potential hires in the manager's absence.
  • Assist Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Maintain Insomnia Cookies standards for baking, uniforms, and policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store
  • Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
  • POS system experience
  • Ability to use MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System
  • Able to work a 4-5 day week with 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
