- Act as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when Store Ops Manager isn't present.
- Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members on sales and deliveries.
- Lead onboarding and initial training of new hourly staff.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential hires in the manager's absence.
- Assist Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
- Maintain Insomnia Cookies standards for baking, uniforms, and policies.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
- POS system experience
- Ability to use MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System
- Able to work a 4-5 day week with 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
